We are thrilled to announce the initiation of Phase 1 in the Government of Ontario’s three-stage capital master planning process. This step follows the recent endorsement by Ontario Health West, marking a significant milestone in the journey towards comprehensive healthcare redevelopment. This plan is our commitment to ensuring that everyone receives the care they deserve, both today and for generations to come.

This process is a collaborative effort involving patients, caregivers, staff, and communities. During this phase, the emphasis is on early planning, defining the project's scope, and justifying the need for investment through a pre-capital submission and a detailed business case.

Phase 2/3: Detailed Planning
